An amended version of the Protocol has been released with changes concerning:
- Wind limits for AC45 racing have been removed. It is now left to the Regatta Director (Iain Murray) to decide whether or not to race, based on fairness and safety.
- Teams are allowed to ship an additional 40 foot container (total five) to America’s Cup World Series event.
- Confidentiality of Arbitration Panel proceedings.
